....may not be funny to everybody, but in our family, we think it's hilarious. Jaya being potty trained has made for some funny moments.
For example:
She likes to give a running commentary of what is happening when she is on the potty, a detailed and highly audible play-by-play of her bodily functions. This is usually lengthier and more audible the more public the restroom is. Last week at the bank:
"Ok, I'm done....oh wait, hold on, there's another one on the way!"
One day at home, while in the bathroom, hollers urgently, "Daddy! Daaaaaaa-ddy! Daaaaaaad!"
Marei runs to her aid, "Yes, Jaya?"
"Can you get me a magazine?"
Out at the mall: Takes one look at the bathroom and says, "This is too dirty! Dis-GUS-ting!" and walks out in pursuit of a more suitable place to do her business.

Hillarious!!!! Jason is a big fan of telling us everything too. IT's always very amusing to us...until he says things in front of company. At those moments we try to correct him, but then we all laugh about it as a family later.
WOW, Jaya is a big girl on the potty Yaaaaay, your cousins will be sooo proud of you. Reiana said to me on the phone "huh aunty, jaya and raja are my lil brother and sister", she likes being a big sister too. You are so grown up already reading magazines in the while doing your business, how precious you are Jaya. Can't wait to tell you the funny stuff you do when you grow up. love aunty wanasioux
Jaya is hilarious. I can just imagine her now....lol
this is hilarious! I'm getting scared of this time in Mya's life...where do I begin??
That was incredibly funny!!!!! She is such the little character. I wish I could come visit, but I'm not sure that I told you....I've decided to move...we'll talk soon! Love, Alexis
Hey you forgot about at the all you can eat sushi, we all get seated ,Jay-bugs gets a highchair at the head of the table(which is in the center of the restaraunt on a crowded "Mormon date night")and she promptly stands up in the high chair with no reservations what so ever announces very loud clear voice " I going poo-poos!) So we being the family we are promptly repeat her statement and laugh hysterically much to the chagrin/amusement of the Friday night crowd. Wait it gets better at the end of the night were walking out the restaurant which has a fish tank in the front with 2 fish in it. Leatha says Jaya look at the fish what they doing? No hesitation in Jayas response " They taking a bath" And to give you a time frame on these quotes it was about 8-9 months ago . Just in picturing your faces or hearing your voices or remembering these moments, pilaray your beautifull and blessed spirits make Mamman (anyone blessed to know you) so ecstatically happy ( I have heard that happiness from so many people Amichie, Mom,Dad,Mo,Marl,Samu,Auntys, people who havent even met you pilaray! I(I imagine Leatha also) can hear Uminies /Ammis..etc.. voices when Amichie shows them pix or the blog. When we would have evening prayers and Dad/Marei/etc... would pray for blessing us with these strong little spirits , I want to thank the powers that be for all these parents whos only passion in their life besides the Lord are there children.
